I’m Michelle Charman and my background is in Publishing, with skills in copy writing, design, production and digital marketing. In essence I’m a Storyteller, someone who can tell your story and engage with those who are most likely to be interested in you and what you have to say, whether it’s through pictures, text or video.
After 25 years working in trade publishing, for independent companies and International conglomerates, I set up Forelock Books a publisher of equestrian fiction. While I still manage Forelock Books, I now spend most of my time working with local businesses, helping to build their online visibility, building their audience on social media, engaging followers and managing promotions that will grow their audience.
The businesses I work with are all unique, they each have their own personality and differing requirements. Belief in the products and services they offer is an absolute must for me and I will only take on additional work if I can guarantee those businesses my full attention for the hours agreed.
